Monday, Sept 13
Begin with a stop at the Kringle Candle Company, the son of the original founder of Yankee Candle. Arrive to a red carpet greeting at the Inn at Crumpin-Fox and a wine and cheese orientation in our Hospitality Room.
6:00PM- Dinner will be served in our Hospitality Room. After dinner, enjoy a musical evening with Easy Street.
Tuesday, Sept 14
8:00AM- Breakfast will be served in our Hospitality Room 8:45AM- Group Photo
9:00AM- Depart for a tour of Historic Deerfield, settled by English colonists in 1669, an outdoor history museum that focuses on the history and culture of the Connecticut River Valley and early New England. Learn about the lifestyles of the diverse people who lived here long ago and of preserving antique buildings and collections of regional furniture, silver, textiles, and other decorative arts. Enjoy our Buffet lunch at Deerfield before heading off for an hour and a half-narrated boat cruise down the Connecticut River aboard the Lady Bea departing from Hadley MA.
6:00PM- Dinner will be served in our Hospitality Room. Following dinner enjoy evening entertainment with Squish Squash
Wednesday, Sept 15
7:30AM- Breakfast will be served in our Hospitality Room
8:30AM- Depart for Stockbridge, Massachusetts, for a tour of the Norman Rockwell Museum and discover more about this humble artistic giant, enjoy our provided picnic lunch on the grounds. The Museum holds the largest and most significant collection of original Rockwell art, including enduring favorites from Rockwell's Saturday Evening Post covers, together with changing exhibitions of works by American illustrators past and present. Enjoy the museums' 10 large galleries, gift shop, and beautiful 36-acre campus featuring Rockwell's original studio, as well as sculptures by his son Peter Rockwell. Then visit the Hancock Shaker Village, tour the village of this unique religious group. The utopian village known as Hancock Shaker Village continues its life today as a history museum with 20 authentic buildings, a working farm and significant collections of Shaker furniture and artifacts.
6:00PM- Dinner will be served in our Dining Room. After dinner enjoy a relaxing evening at the Inn.
7:00AM- Breakfast will be served in our Hospitality Room.
7:45AM- Depart to the Billings Farm and Rockefeller Mansion and Gardens attractions. Here you will start with a tour of the Rockefeller Mansion, which was built in 1805 for Charles Marsh Sr., for two generations, the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller heirs have kept the 19th-century Queen Anne-style architecture, furnishings, and gardens intact while adding 20th-century renovations that give the mansion and grounds their present character and appearance. The mansion contains an extensive art collection. Then head over to Billings Farm for our provided Buffet Lunch which will be served in their Covered Picnic Area. Then tour the farm and learn about agricultural history while touring the beautifully maintained Billings Farm. Then head off for a tour of the Saint-Gaudens National Historic Site - Cornish, New Hampshire. The tour includes a visit to the home, gardens and studios of one of America's greatest sculptors. This was his summer residence from 1885-97 and his permanent home from 1900 until his death in 1907. Saint-Gaudens was a sculptor of the American Renaissance. He produced a host of beautifully delicate cameos in both shell and stone, and he was the first sculptor to fully design an American coin. He designed the one-cent piece and the ten and twenty dollar gold pieces. Your Last stop will be the Cornish Covered Bridge, the longest covered bridge in the USA!
6:00PM- Dinner will be served in our Hospitality Room. Following dinner enjoy a Magical evening with Jay McMahon.
Friday, September 17
7:30AM- Breakfast will be served in our Dining Room
8:30AM- Depart for home with fond memories of a vacation to remember and a wish to return in the near future. We sincerely hope that we fulfilled our promise to provide you with the
