Gettysburg Battlefield and Food Tour
We invite you to travel with us to Gettysburg, PA, the site of the largest battle ever waged during the American Civil War. A licensed battlefield guide of Gettysburg will take us through the battlefield describing in detail the events of those first few days of July in 1863. After the battlefield tour we will begin our food tour. Our first stop will be at Appalachian Brewing Company where you will enjoy delicious appetizers and samples of craft brews. Next, we will stop at the Dobbin House Tavern. Here you will enjoy scrumptious King’s French Onion Soup. Mela Kitchen at Jack’s Cider House will be serving the Chef’s seasonal specialty. Last will be old-fashioned homemade ice cream at Mr. G’s Ice Cream. Unfortunately, since these are pre-made specialties at each location, we are unable to accommodate food allergies or offer alternative options.
